Processing time, delivery estimates, shipping fees, customs, tracking, and shipping support

Shipping Time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the logistics provider each afternoon at 4:00 PM PST (UTC-8). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are normally processed within 3 days.

ELEGOAL operates warehouses in multiple countries and regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. We optimize shipping according to product availability and warehouse allocation.

Note: To speed up fulfillment, some orders may be dispatched directly from an AliExpress warehouse when stock is available there. Tracking updates may be slightly delayed because of handling time and time zone differences.

Delivery times vary by country and region. In most cases, orders are delivered within 15 days. The table below shows estimated delivery ranges and average transit times based on past orders.

Due to transport restrictions for products containing batteries or power bank components, shipping times for those items may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates based on past orders. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, customs clearance, local postal handling, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

ELEGOAL offers free shipping for most products and destinations.

Some remote countries and regions may require an additional shipping fee because of higher logistics costs. This may apply to destinations such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Iceland, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Greece, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Saint Vincent. For the United States, shipping is free in most cases, but a surcharge may apply for some products or remote delivery areas.

Any additional shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout after the shipping address is entered. Depending on the destination, the surcharge typically ranges from $0.99 to $29.99.

About Customs Duties

By default, we use DDP logistics for the first stage of shipment whenever available, which helps reduce customs-related delays and charges. For the final delivery stage, we may work with providers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, TNT, EMS, and local postal services.

In most cases, products purchased from our store are shipped with customs duties covered for eligible destinations.

If you specifically request a different logistics provider, you may need to assist with customs clearance and cover any customs duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

If a parcel is returned because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting handling fees and return-related costs.

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can use that information to follow the shipment status.

Once the parcel reaches the local carrier, monitor the tracking updates closely and contact the local carrier promptly if necessary.

If you do not receive the shipping email, check your spam or junk folder first. You can also track your parcel on 17Track, which supports most major logistics providers.

About Lost Packages

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as not delivered, we will do our best to help investigate the shipment and support the next step.

  • Case 1: If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
  • Case 2: If the parcel is not collected or is held locally for an extended period and then lost because the recipient did not cooperate with delivery or pickup, the customer will be responsible for the loss. In this case, no refund will be issued. If the customer agrees to pay the reshipping fee, usually around $50-70, we can arrange a replacement shipment.
  • Case 3: If the carrier tracking shows the parcel as delivered, including delivery to a mailbox, porch, front door, parcel locker, safe place, or local postal facility, first try the following:
    • Check with family members, neighbors, or reception staff.
    • Contact the carrier to confirm the exact delivery location.
    • Review nearby security camera footage if available.
    • If the parcel is still missing, contact the carrier to file a missing parcel claim.

Regarding Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@elegoal.co. In some cases, we may be able to intercept the shipment and update the delivery information within 1 business day.

Once the parcel has already been dispatched, the shipping address usually cannot be changed. In that situation, the customer must contact the local postal service or carrier directly. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the recipient cannot be reached, the parcel may be returned, delayed, or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the resulting loss or extra shipping cost.

If a parcel is returned because of an address issue, the following rules apply:

  1. For returned parcels, we may contact you multiple times by email to request the correct address and contact information for reshipment.
    • The return and reshipment process depends on the local carrier and may take additional time.
    • A reshipping fee may apply, usually around US $15-20.
    • If no reply or updated address is received in time, the parcel may be disposed of by the carrier after approximately 15 days.
  2. If the parcel is disposed of because the address error was caused by the customer, refunds and returns are not available in that case.
