Processing time, delivery estimates, shipping fees, customs, tracking, and shipping support
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the logistics provider each afternoon at 4:00 PM PST (UTC-8). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are normally processed within 3 days.
ELEGOAL operates warehouses in multiple countries and regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. We optimize shipping according to product availability and warehouse allocation.
Delivery times vary by country and region. In most cases, orders are delivered within 15 days. The table below shows estimated delivery ranges and average transit times based on past orders.

Due to transport restrictions for products containing batteries or power bank components, shipping times for those items may be slightly longer.
Delivery times are estimates based on past orders. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, customs clearance, local postal handling, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
ELEGOAL offers free shipping for most products and destinations.
Some remote countries and regions may require an additional shipping fee because of higher logistics costs. This may apply to destinations such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Iceland, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Greece, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Saint Vincent. For the United States, shipping is free in most cases, but a surcharge may apply for some products or remote delivery areas.
Any additional shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout after the shipping address is entered. Depending on the destination, the surcharge typically ranges from $0.99 to $29.99.
By default, we use DDP logistics for the first stage of shipment whenever available, which helps reduce customs-related delays and charges. For the final delivery stage, we may work with providers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, TNT, EMS, and local postal services.
In most cases, products purchased from our store are shipped with customs duties covered for eligible destinations.
If you specifically request a different logistics provider, you may need to assist with customs clearance and cover any customs duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.
If a parcel is returned because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting handling fees and return-related costs.
After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can use that information to follow the shipment status.
Once the parcel reaches the local carrier, monitor the tracking updates closely and contact the local carrier promptly if necessary.
If you do not receive the shipping email, check your spam or junk folder first. You can also track your parcel on 17Track, which supports most major logistics providers.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as not delivered, we will do our best to help investigate the shipment and support the next step.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@elegoal.co. In some cases, we may be able to intercept the shipment and update the delivery information within 1 business day.
Once the parcel has already been dispatched, the shipping address usually cannot be changed. In that situation, the customer must contact the local postal service or carrier directly. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the recipient cannot be reached, the parcel may be returned, delayed, or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the resulting loss or extra shipping cost.
