2-Year Direct Replacement for Eligible Damage

At ELEGOAL, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We provide a 2-year direct replacement service for eligible product damage, applied uniformly to customers worldwide in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards.

This service applies only to orders purchased directly from the official ELEGOAL website: https://elegoal.com. Products purchased from third-party platforms, marketplaces, or other sales channels are not covered under this policy.

Replacement Coverage

This direct replacement service covers:

  • Products with manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Eligible claims will be handled by direct replacement rather than repair.
  • Damage to magnetic components, hinges, or wireless charging systems caused by manufacturing defects, provided the issue was not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or other non-normal use.

What Is Not Covered

This direct replacement service does not apply to:

  • Accessories or complimentary items included in the package, such as adapters
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, impact, liquid exposure, or other accidents
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use, including scratches or slight discoloration that does not affect functionality
  • Products that have been subject to unauthorized repair, disassembly, alteration, or modification

Shipping Costs

If a product is confirmed to have eligible damage covered under this service within 2 years of the original purchase date, ELEGOAL will cover:

  • Return shipping for the damaged product
  • Reshipment of the replacement product
Note: If the reported issue is determined to fall outside the scope of this service, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Apply for a Return & Replacement

Please contact our customer support team at support@elegoal.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number or valid proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue or damage
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue for eligibility review

Our support team will review your request within 1-3 business days and provide return instructions if your claim is approved.

Once the damaged product is received and verified, we will ship a replacement product of the same model. If the original model is unavailable, an equivalent model will be provided at no additional cost.

Please do not return any product without first contacting customer support and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may result in ELEGOAL refusing to cover related shipping costs.

Additional Notes

  • The replacement service period begins on the original purchase date and remains valid for 2 years from that date.
  • Any replacement product provided under this policy is covered only for the remainder of the original 2-year service period. It does not restart a new 2-year coverage period.
  • This policy is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws.
